Mouse's Story
by Valerie

Mouse was diagnosed with alimentary lymphoma after a mass was discovered in his cranial abdomen in January 2006. He started the CHOP protocol immediately and within three weeks was in remission. (vincristine, prednisolone, cytoxan, adriamycin, two doses of l-aspariginase, ultimately CCNU and then leukeran) Mouse remained in remission on this protocol until March 2006 when the mass returned. Various protocols were tried until nothing seemed to be working, the lympho developed multi drug resistance. We let Mouse go July 30, 2006.

Outcome: Mouse was euthanized on July 30, 2006.
