My beautiful Shasta, a 13 year old ruddy Abyssinian, went over the
bridge this evening. He was diagnosed with lymphoma earlier this year.
He was a very brave boy, but he let me know this morning that it was
time for him to go. His two favorite past times were chasing after
flying birdie feathers on a string and keeping his mommy's lap warm as
often as possible. Now he's galloping through fields of catnip with my
sweet Jonathan and little Punkin.
