KC's Story
by Belinda

KC ruled the house with a firm polydactyl paw, he was the self appointed king. I found him in 1999 on the way home from work, he was about a year or so old.

In April of 2012 he was diagnosed with cancer and hepatic lipidosis. He was having eating issues and seemed to be constipated. I was syringe feeding to try and reverse the liver problem. He was suppose to start chemo on the 15th of April but on Friday the 13th he seemed to be in great discomfort and I thought he was constipated again and took him in to see if he needed an enema. They kept him and did an enema, he was pretty backed up. When I brought him home, I knew something was wrong, he didn't even want to get out of the carrier, he wouldn't eat and just didn't seem right. I know enema's are hard on kitties so I attributed his behavior to that. The next day I knew he was dying, he passed away that day, I think the enema was just too much for him.

He is very loved and missed, until we meet again KC, Joey and the rest of our furangel family take care of each other!

Mom, Dad, Sissee, Tiki, CK and Cody miss and love you ...
